Parrot’s classic dry gin is a modern Australian Dry Gin created to pay homage to the classic. This is a gin created for all to enjoy. With subtle hints of grapefruit, rosebuds and vanilla, along with 17 other native botanicals, which complement the strong juniper flavour throughout.

Uncaged

Our Uncaged craft gin creation is a bold, gallant style premium gin at 54% it’s a strong gin not to be taken lightly. With subtle tones of grapefruit, mandarin and a delicate trace of cinnamon.

Foragers Blend

Foragers Blend is a gin created to pay homage to some or our predecessors, Foragers Blend embodies the ‘old world’ style of a traditional gin tonic. With heavier citrus and rosemary tones, this is a craft gin packed full or flavour but has a lovely earthy finish. It’s truly a gin created for gin lovers everywhere.

Oriental Gin

Introducing the OG, a perfectly Infused craft gin with lemongrass that is complemented by the subtle tingle of chilli. This gin will transport your senses with its rich and powerful flavour profile, including scents of lime and a refreshing flavour of nashi pears take over your senses with juniper still playing a strong role with the most delectable hint of Vietnamese mint to finish.

Creating a fruit tea that uses hibiscus, strawberry and just a hint of rose hip, our Dry gin is infused so perfectly leading to a richness in flavour and colour you’ll simply want to ‘Drink Me’ all day long.

Bush Botanicals

Our Bush Botanical spirit is inspired by the Australian Bush and is created using bush oranges, bush tomatoes, pepper berry and finished with a lingering taste of gum leaves and lemon myrtle. Fred’s Whisky

Sailing the seas and hitting our shores, we bring you Fred’s- a Single Malt Whisky hailing from Tasmania’s Southern Highlands. Distilled and matured in wooden French Oak port barrels and bottled by Parrot Distilling Co, this limited-edition cask whisky is one to add to your collection.

Slo Gin

Our Slo liqueur has been created off the back of the traditional English style ‘Sloe’ gin. Rich in colour and flavour, our locally grown blackberries and blood plums – which are de-stoned and prepared by hand – are what makes this gin one to add to your collection. Our Master Distiller suggest serving with a slice of orange and soda. Or for maximum taste try it on the rocks!

AUSTRALIAN SPICED RUM

FatBoy

Dedicated to some of our great mates, “FatBoy Australian Spiced Rum” is a spirit crafted for mateship-style drinking. This rich and robust rum is double distilled and aged in French oak barrels using cane molasses with hints of spice, vanilla and caramel.

A FRESH TWIST

Triple Juniper

A fresh twist on our traditional Dry gin, this creation is triple the fun with our hero ingredient, juniper, the absolute superstar!

Distilled at a lower temperature to assist in extracting all of the flavour from the juniper berries, this gin is one for the P&T lover or the cocktail maker.
