Seville Collins

INGREDIENTS

GLASS

30ml Seville Gin
150ml lavender syrup
Tonic or soda water
Slice of orange

METHOD

Build in high ball glass, add ice and top with tonic or soda and add garnish

Ginspresso

INGREDIENTS

GLASS

30ml Dry Gin
30ml espresso coffee
15ml vanilla syrup
15ml chocolate liqueur

METHOD

Shake and fine strain, served in martini glass with coffee beans to garnish

Foragers Negroni

INGREDIENTS

GLASS

40ml Foragers Gin
30ml Campari
30ml vermouth
Slither of citrus

METHOD

Build ingredients over ice, stir, strain and serve on the rocks and add garnish

Bushy’s Tipple

INGREDIENTS

GLASS

30ml Bush Botanical Gin
15ml lemon juice
Tonic
Lemon and sprig of rosemary

METHOD

Build in high ball glass, add ice and top with tonic and add garnish

Ruby Sour

INGREDIENTS

GLASS

45ml Ruby Red Gin
20ml apple juice
15ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
2 dashes of Wonderfoam

METHOD

Shake and fine strain and add garnish
